All prices are shown in US Dollars. Sales tax will apply for shipping addresses within taxable US states. Payment must be completed before goods are shipped.
3. Shipping
We ship only to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery time is 5‑10 business days. Shipping cost will display at checkout. Free shipping applies for orders over $59.
4. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Buyer pays return‑shipping unless product arrives defective or damaged. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5‑7 business days after we receive returned goods.
5. Limitation of Liability
midwaylights.com shall not be liable for any indirect damages arising out of use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed your order value.
